Andy has been walking my 11 year old Golden Retriver Digby for 3 years and is now also walking George the puppy. In that time he has not let me down. He gives the dogs varied walks and takes into acount the weather & heat depending on the time of the year. The dogs always greet him with affection, are happy to go with him and come home contented. We have been disappointed by the service we received from Andy. We had an intial visit and agreed he would come in on certain days for one hour to play and walk our puppy. We had to cancel this arrangement after only 2 visits when it became apparent that he stayed no longer than 10 minutes each time and was not carrying out his end of our agreement. We have a big mountain dog called Tessa who is not always the most obedient dog but Carol manages her with great convidence and ease. Carol is a very easy person to get along with both for the dogs and their owners. She is always cheerful and calm with the dogs. We used Carol for a week long stint with our very boisterous 3 dogs. We are always nervous leaving them behind but they were in great shape when we got back and were clearly very happy and relaxed. Carol is great to deal with and our dogs clearly like her and she obviously is very interested in them which is not something you can always take for granted. We have recently moved to a new area away from our normal dog sitter so had to find someone new. One sitter we interviewed paid the dogs no attention at all and we instantly thought "you are not going to look after our dogs". Carol obviously loves animals and the whole thing was very painless and we will happily use Carol again in the future. Sandy Abbot

I can most strongly recommend Carol. She has looked after my dog on many occasions over the last year, often at short notice when I have had to work away. She has a great raport with dogs and truly cares for them. My dog thinks she is one of the family and I cannot speak too highly of her. Paul Guest

Nikki has looked after our dog, Poppy regularly for the last 6 months on a day care basis (since she was 5 months old). Poppy gets a long walk (sometimes 2 or 3) every day that she is there. She gets on great with Nikki's dog, Buffy and her children too. We highly recommend Nikki to anyone who wants a home from home for their dog. Tina & Paul

My dog Chewy goes to Nikki's a few days a week and he absolutely adores it there.  Nikki's dog, a hungarian vizsla treats chewy as her own and they do not leave each others side.  He often goes there for weekend stays too and he comes back so tired after his long walks that he goes straight to bed until the next morning!  Nikki is highly recommended, whether it be for one day, a weekend or a week your dog will come back overjoyed!  Rebecca Greaves

I cannot rate Nikki high enough, she is wonderful. My 2 dogs Roley and Harvey (Cocker Spaniels) always have a lovely time when they go to Nikki's. She is very caring, they get lovely long walks, I would not have any hesitation in recommending her to others. Debbie Gallifant

Sonny, our golden retriever stayed with Nikki and her family for two weeks and I cannot recommend her highly enough. She had him for a 'trial' night before we left so we knew that this was the place for him and could have a worry-free holiday. He couldn't wait to see them again when we took him the next time plus he got on brilliantly with Nikki's lovely dog Buffy. We are thrilled that Sonny had a great holiday too. Sarah

Well if only Nelly could talk about her fantastic Christmas holiday with Nicki and her family. She had a wonderful time with lots of walks and playtime, even a cake to celebrate her 2nd Birthday, topped off by photo's of Nelly's stay. Nicki even managed to organise snow for Nelly to roll in! I would like to recommend Nikki Ovenden for dog sitting in the Toddington area. She received Lenny (Labrador) with open arms when I dropped him off. Lenny also got along great with Nikki's dog. When I booked Lenny in, Nikki provided me with some forms to fill out which made me feel very at ease that she will know my dogs routine, commands etc. Mari Cloete

Our Springer Spaniel Logan stays with Rayner for a full day once a week. He has also stayed overnight. He has a fabulous time there with long walks and lots of fun with his doggy friends. Rayner offers a great service, she's friendly, experienced in animal care and takes a keen interest in all her charges. Our only problem is that Logan doesn't want to come home!!! Karen Bonner

I would highly recommend Happy Paws services, Sarah & sometimes her mother have been providing a dog walking service for us for several months. I have found them to be highly reliable, professional, caring, knowledgable & flexible. Sarah has a great attitude towards dogs and their needs, I trust her completley when she attends our home to collect our dog for her walk etc. I would not hesitate to recommend Sarah/Happy Paws to anyone else!
